Grays Harbor Pollution Factory will Re-open

"...The mill has been acquired by Harbor Paper LLC, which plans to reopen the facility within 45 days. The facility will specialize in manufacturing uncoated, free-sheet recycled paper using renewable energy sources, according to the company's human resources director.
"...Part of the mill's reopening was the sale of three biomass turbines and a substation that exclusively serves the facility. Harbor Paper LLC bought the assets from the Grays Harbor Public Utilities District for $540,000.
